What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home coverage

  • Handle an average of 30‑40 inbound calls daily in a fast‑paced environment
  • Maintain all required state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
  • Work independently as well as part of a team in a customer‑facing role
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
  • Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections effectively
  • Strong capability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a distraction‑free work environment
  • High‑speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
