• Provide administrative support to sales representatives and channel partners in areas such as contract facilitation, order processing, and invoice reconciliation
• Address inquiries regarding the employer's products and services, potentially assisting in customer service functions
• Track transactions, order status, and quotes while maintaining client relationships
• Assist in product training and financing efforts
• Maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times

• Customer service-oriented with a passion for exceeding expectations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the Real Estate or Title industry

• Experience in a sales support role within the real estate sector
• Advanced technical skills in data management and reporting
• Familiarity with contract management processes
• Strong problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment
