As an Inbound Sales Representative at A Place for Mom, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions. In this high‑impact sales role, you’ll use empathy, insight, and strategic guidance to help caregivers explore the best care options for their loved ones.

• Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to our company mission
• Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, with an assigned shift and strong schedule adherence
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families
• Educate families on customized senior care options and help match them with senior living communities and home care providers
• Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing the 4‑week new hire training program

Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls), referring families to communities and scheduling tours to drive move-ins. You will be the company’s first interaction with a family, delivering empathy and a great family experience.

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
• History of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
• Strong computer and typing skills, including Word and Excel, and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM systems

You will work a 40-hour work schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Schedules are set based on business needs and may include evenings and weekends, along with some holiday shifts during the year.

• Base Salary: $45,760 ($22.00 per hour)
• On Target Earnings: $74,000 ($28,024 variable bonus, uncapped)
