Sales Representative - Virginia & West Virginia

Trackman is seeking an energetic and self‑driven Sales Representative to sell and service our golf technology solutions within the Virginia & West Virginia area. The ideal candidate is passionate about golf, accustomed to consultative sales, and ready to go the extra mile to build lasting client relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate demand through collaboration with the local PGA and other golf organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to golf courses, teaching professionals, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, and other golf client segments.
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service.
  • Prepare proposals and administer orders.
  • Provide customer training and 1st‑level support.
  • Test products and provide feedback to our software and hardware development teams, and continuously improve your territory sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
  • Experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Own car with a full driver’s license.
  • Personal drive, self‑starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships easily.
  • Trustworthy and enthusiastic persuader.
  • Demonstrated perseverance and the ability to cope well with rejection.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with well‑thought‑through problem‑solving skills.
  • Adept at listening and considering others’ viewpoints.
Preferred
  • Strong network in the local golf industry.
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies.
  • Advanced computer skills, Windows 7‑10 configurations (device management), and Microsoft Office.
Compensation & Benefits

Fixed salary combined with commissions based on performance and a bonus plan. Individual health insurance with optional dental plan, 401(k), cell phone, personal home internet, and a competitive 50‑75% travel schedule from a home office.
