• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and manage regular communication
• Conduct virtual product meetings and strategic business reviews to explore additional revenue opportunities
• Provide customer support including pricing, order tracking, and inventory status
• Develop and execute inside sales campaigns, managing lead qualification processes
• Generate customer quotes and facilitate new account set-up processes

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of proven Inside Sales experience for B2B and/or B2C
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (SFDC)

• Experience in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Strong self-motivation and openness to feedback and coaching
