PT/FT Sales Rep - Work from home

Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.

• Setting Appointments – 6‑8 hours per week reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling a meeting to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
• Research – 4‑5 hours per week digging into the client information to customize options that meet their financial need in case of death or disability.
• Meeting with Families – 2 days per week meeting with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
• Administrative – 2 hours per week following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

. Skill set isn’t everything.

• Commission‑only based sales position – average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family.
• Full‑time agent is expected to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week.
• Additional premium financial products (401(k), IRA, etc.) are available with extensive training. Uncapped commission, competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips.
