Inside Sales Rep

Overview

Nucentric is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to support lead generation and appointment setting in the IT services industry. This role targets small to medium businesses in the Charlotte metro area and offers a flexible schedule with a hybrid home/office setup.

• Setting qualified appointments for Nucentric's Outside Sales team with prospective Managed IT Services customers.
• B2B calls targeting small & medium business owners & C-level executives.
• Qualifying prospects and documenting information gathered in the CRM database.
• Creating & managing email & social media campaigns to increase leads generation.

• Comfortable with learning CRM software and managing leads lists.
• Comfortable with a heavy volume of outbound calling and speaking to C-level executives.
• Ability to qualify appropriate decision makers within a small organization.
• Reliable home internet to support VoIP-based phone calling.

Part-time, hybrid home & Davidson office work location.
