About the RoleWe are looking for a sales advisor who is able to service our existing clientele setting in a 100% remote setting. Sales advisor is provided leads and resources. This means NO cold calling and NO prospecting.
Responsibilities- Enrolling Essential Workers in permanent insurance benefits that stay with them regardless if they're employed, quit, or retire from their jobs.
- Customizing programs to fit each family's needs.
- Working in a team setting to acquire real life sales experience as well as receive presentation, organizational, and direct communication experience.
- Comfortable with a remote setting
- Service-minded
- Coachable
This is a paid position with Union Benefits. (if interviewing for our internship program, we are looking for interns in their senior year looking to transition to full time upon graduation.)
Expected Income: $800-$1500 weekly depending on members met with.
