What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the US and Canada
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue achievement and customer growth
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout US and Canadian markets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with surge protection or switch gear sales
  • Established value-based selling and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with construction project sites and the ability to navigate them
  • Valid driver’s license for travel requirements
