Responsibilities- Provide accurate and competitive auto insurance quotes in under 5 minutes.
- Manage inbound leads and referrals with urgency and professionalism.
- Build and maintain trust with executives, entrepreneurs, and high-value clients.
- Present tailored insurance solutions that align with client needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs, including daily quotes and conversion rates.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience in sales, insurance, or financial services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
