• Assist the Senior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and Sales Directors with timely quotes and customer inquiries
• Update CRM systems to capture key interactions and opportunity status
• Develop expertise in advanced wireless technologies, particularly in Unmanned Systems applications
• Support customer engagement through virtual demonstrations and meetings
• Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Strong communication skills and a passion for learning
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or equivalent Google tools

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; relevant experience or internships valued
• Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environments
• Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PDF tools, and CRM systems for communication and collaboration
