Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor providing expert guidance
  • Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including aptitude for customer relationship building
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales, focusing on revenue growth and customer relationship management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers, superiors, and customers
  • Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
