This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Reston, VA, with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining a strong understanding of our digital marketing services, and training clients and team members on sales processes.

The role also involves managing sales pipelines and contributing to revenue growth through proactive and strategic sales efforts.

• Strong skills in communication and customer service

• Experience in training internal teams or clients
• Ability to build relationships and maintain a customer‑centric approach
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
