Principal Sales Representative, CAS; Oregon

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, promoting and selling Medtronic's CA Solutions products
• Conduct sales calls and provide clinical/technical support to customers
• Implement quarterly sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings while managing customer activities and administrative reporting
• Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on market trends, competition, and customer preferences

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of medical industry sales experience, with 8 years specifically in Cardiology within a hospital environment
• Proven success in selling physician preference products to electrophysiologists in the EP/Ablation market
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to customer clinics and hospitals
• Ability to manage time and assets effectively while meeting physical job requirements

• Master’s degree
• Demonstrable success in previous roles indicating a high level of sales performance
• Experience in managing relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
