- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive revenue growth
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
- Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present complex information clearly
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
- Experience in educational sales or a related field
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Force and telecommuting software
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
