Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Phoenix, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including generating sales leads, conducting customer consultations, developing sales strategies, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also involves managing client relationships and collaborating with the project team to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities
• Experience in Training sales staff and teams
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the construction or pool industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
