What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage national outside sales and technical responsibilities for the employer’s product line, including customer education and technical expertise
  • Drive revenue by influencing end-user specifications and closing strategic opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key distributor accounts and provide technical support
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and agents
  • Analyze industry trends and provide competitive feedback to improve product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is preferred, ideally in a technical discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the electrical products and telecommunications industry
  • Experience managing or working with third‑party rep agencies is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time and work 100% remotely from a home office
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with high organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using  for sales tracking and management
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and managing customer relationships
  • Familiarity with engineering seminars and product marketing development
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
