- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor
- Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
- Experience in the educational sector or related industry
- Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing customer relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within an organization
