What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Methodically qualify and manage a sales pipeline using MEDDICC sales qualification methodology
  • Own the sales process for medium and large new logo customers, from first contact to contract negotiation
  • Deliver engaging web-based presentations to VP & C‑Suite executives
  • Participate in mentorship and sales advocate programs, hosting regional events to generate new leads
  • Accurately forecast quarterly sales and implement lead management strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of progressive B2B experience, particularly in an inside sales team
  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS sales environment
  • Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and manage a defined territory
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and experience with sales methodologies like Sandler or MEDDICC
  • Experience selling into the nonprofit sector and working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesloft, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info
