• Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify and promote product solutions for new and existing customers

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence, and to effectively present information
• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
• Reasoning ability to follow instructions and solve problems with concrete variables
• Proficiency in database software, internet software, and word processing software

• Experience in Customer Billing Relations Management (CRM)
