What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and identify upsell opportunities
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Manage territory activities, including lead generation and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
  • Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth
