- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive incremental revenue
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
- Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
