What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Research and identify key contacts at K–12 districts and schools
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, Linked In, and other channels with personalized communication
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track activity metrics
- Analyze outreach performance and share insights to improve messaging and targeting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in a client‑facing position with a passion for sales engagement
- Experience using CRM and other technical platforms; highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—confident, clear, and empathetic
- Understanding of educational needs and technology trends in the K–12 education space
- 3+ years of sales or lead development experience
- Proficient use of Google Suite or MS Office Suite
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage high activity levels in a CRM environment
