- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology such as Sales Force
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
