Position Overview

We’re seeking a driven and passionate Sales Account Executive who thrives in a multi-disciplinary role encompassing sales, business development, and account management in a B2B setting. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in lead generation, research, and communication to spark interest in our software and hardware solutions. Prior experience with SaaS solution selling and consultative sales is key to this job role.

You’ll excel if you enjoy leveraging technology to solve customer workflows, creating lasting relationships with clients, and putting together well-architected solution diagrams and coordinating proposals. The right fit will have a passion for software and technology, a desire to solve problems and help others achieve their goals, a desire to learn, and the ability to demonstrate complex solutions effectively. We’re looking for someone with excellent presentation, proposal development, and negotiation skills, who is comfortable engaging mid-to-senior level decision-makers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for target accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Leverage consultative sales techniques to engage prospects through calls, emails, and social selling, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Qualify leads, secure product demonstrations, and communicate the company’s value proposition to drive sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead-generation campaigns and pre-event strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including webinars, demos, proposals, and deal closures.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to generate leads and build B2B relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Ability to work 40 hours remotely per week
  • CRM experience required;
    Hub Spot preferred
  • Proven track record of strong interpersonal and communication skills including writing, editing, and presenting
  • Proven history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Must be able to respond to inquiries in a positive manner while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive & Mail)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a positive “can-do” approach
  • Technical knowledge and ability or willingness to learn how to demo software
  • Ability to work directly with the customer
Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • 3+ years in a sales analyst or sales representative role; sales experience is preferred
