Base pay range

$100,000 - $120,000 annually

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in strengthening the sales organization’s efficiency, accuracy, and decision‑making. You’ll optimize processes, enhance reporting, manage critical sales tools, and partner with leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. Your work will directly improve sales performance, operational rigor, and business visibility.

This role is ideal for someone who loves data, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys transforming ideas into structured, high‑impact operational solutions.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Design and refine reporting on sales and account performance.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and enhance the sales tech stack, including CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new GTM tools — including emerging AI‑driven solutions.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales to manage pipeline health and visibility.
  • Work with Finance to build accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely performance reporting.
  • Collaborate on commission plans, incentives, and sales budgeting activities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management based on operational and financial analysis.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of sales operations experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with GTM or AI‑based sales tools (a plus).
  • Strong CRM skills; experience with Zoho CRM is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, gather feedback, and convert insights into actionable plans.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and balancing strategic and tactical tasks.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Pay Range

$100,000 - $120,000 annually
