Liberty Mutual Insurance – Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

This role focuses on handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Paid training is provided and licensing in all 50 states is included.

Pay and Benefits
  • Starting base salary: $45k with opportunity for growth.
  • Average earnings: $55k-$75k (base salary + commissions).
  • Top performers may earn up to $85k+.
  • Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr (regionally variable, see pay range).
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from day 1.
  • No cold calls – only warm leads.

Job Details
  • Location:

    Florida (remote within state).
  • Training period: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Work schedule:

    4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (ex. 11am-8pm CST), minimum 12 months before shift change.
  • Work‑from‑home requires professional workspace, wired high‑speed internet (100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload).
  • All computer equipment provided.
  • Property & Casualty license required after hire.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Passionate seller with sales expertise to convert prospects.
  • Front‑line liaison representing the Liberty brand and connecting customers to the right products.
  • Reliable teammate adaptable to office or home environments.
  • Customer‑centric closer with integrity and sincere care for customers’ needs.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Effective communication with prospects and customers.
  • Analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
  • Typing proficiency and PC literacy.
  • Property & Casualty license after hire.
