Position: Account Executive (Insure tech Sales)

Account Executive – Insure tech Sales (Hybrid Remote)

We are a high-growth SaaS start-up of 60+ employees specializing in Insure tech. This role is hybrid remote: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Compensation:
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $128,000
  • Base Salary: $75,000
  • Commission: up to $53,000
  • Paid training
Responsibilities
  • Close sales from door-to-door — handle the sales process from demo to close via phone and email.
  • Leverage sales-enablement tools to prospect and manage your pipeline of deal opportunities.
  • Ask concise questions to uncover concerns and obstacles in the sales process.
Qualifications
  • Strong work experience in closing B2B software sales.
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for helping others and contributing to a hyper‑growth company.
  • Personable, professional, and able to communicate with customers concisely.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of B2B software sales experience.
  • Experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance is strongly preferred (not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Technical background.
