$55,000 - $75,000 per year (base salary)

Inside Sales Representative managing inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers through insurance product selection, with paid training and licensing to all 50 states. No cold calls; 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day schedule.

• Starting base salary $45K, growth opportunity
• Average earnings $55K-$75K plus commission
• Top earners up to $85k+ in second year and onward

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, match products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Work in a remote environment, attend paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty license.
• Adhere to a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, 11am-8pm CST.
• Maintain professional workspace with high‑speed wired internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload).
• Use all provided computer equipment and department software.

• 2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Proficient typing and PC use.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire.
