What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies while leading the regional sales teams
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts
  • Drive revenue growth through various channels including job sites and contractors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product strategies and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, with a focus on surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally, with an expected travel rate of 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in value-based selling techniques
  • Familiarity with engineering workshops and on-site surveys
  • Established network within the electrical solutions industry
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing high-level contracts
