• Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand competitive landscapes
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the US and Canada
• Negotiate contracts and manage local programs to drive customer growth and revenue achievement
• Mentor and educate sales teams on value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, with a focus on surge protection or switch gear sales
• Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the US and Canada

• Previous experience with surge protection or switch gear sales
• Established network within the electrical industry, including contractors and panel shops
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer-focused solutions
• Experience in conducting engineering workshops and on-site surveys
• Familiarity with inventory management and local branch marketing strategies
