Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing our business through authentic customer partnerships. You’ll use a consultative approach to understand client needs, deliver tailored steel solutions, and help shape the future of the industry. This is a full‑time, outside sales role where your expertise and energy will directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction.

  Remote, up to 75% travel within assigned territory

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers through on‑site visits, needs assessments, and consultative selling.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth.
• Present Majestic’s products and value‑added services to educate and influence purchasing decisions.
• Analyze account performance and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, procurement, and customer service—to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer documentation.
• Represent Majestic at trade shows, product seminars, and industry events while staying informed on steel market trends and competitive activity.
• Other job‑related duties and special projects as assigned.

• Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four (4) years of consultative sales experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Two (2) years of outside sales experience in steel, metal, or related industry.

Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows‑based applications.

• Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship builder who connects authentically with customers.
• Strategic, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Must be able to work outside normal business hours as needed.
• Proven ability to work efficiently from a home office setting.
• Up to 75% travel within assigned territory.
