Job Summary:

Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a knack for upselling and a passion for achieving goals? If so, we want you on our team! No prior insurance experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive, free training in our local office. This position offers a competitive salary, plus commission and bonuses for upselling.

• Provide insurance quotes for new clients after training.
• Develop rapport with clients and follow up on leads.
• Upsell products to current clients to earn commission.
• Assist in planning and executing client appreciation events.

After 60 days, you'll take an insurance license training course and pass the state exam (expenses covered by us).

Must meet state requirements for obtaining a license (background check required).

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, office, bank, or similar environment.
• We prefer applicants who have been shift lead, assistant manager, or run a customer service counter.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with multi-line phone systems, printers, copiers, scanners, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a competitive spirit.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

No evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Option to work remotely on snow days when Moorhead Schools are closed.

This will not become a remote position.
