• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License as mandated by law.
• Proficiency in English and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to work remotely and maintain a private office space for work.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

• Over two years of face‑to‑face timeshare sales experience.
• Experience with virtual sales methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric approach.
