What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for small to mid-sized employers and drive revenue growth
  • Cultivate and grow broker relationships to explain joint Health Savings Account (HSA) and Consumer Directed Benefits (CDB) solutions
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations via phone and online conference calls
  • Consult with employers and brokers to determine the best product mix and pricing
  • Utilize  to manage a large pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field strongly preferred
  • Proven B2B phone sales experience in a closing role
  • Experience working with  or similar CRM
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with Outreach.io or similar sequence/cadence systems
  • Extensive knowledge of the group health industry and Health Equity products (HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, etc.)
  • Experience working within multi-state territories
  • Strong phone presence and a track record of over-achieving sales quotas
