• Develop and execute sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
• Drive revenue growth through engagement with job sites, contractors, and end-users
• Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switch gear sales
• Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canada

• Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
• Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives
• Familiarity with construction environments and ability to navigate project sites
• Established network within the electrical connections industry
