What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and better position products in competitive markets
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts to drive revenue and customer growth
  • Collaborate with various teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer feedback
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, specifically with surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience selling to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
  • Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with construction project sites and the ability to navigate them
