• Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
• Drive revenue and customer growth through various channels, including job sites and contractors
• Collaborate with internal teams on sales training and marketing initiatives to enhance product awareness

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switch gear
• Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for value-based selling
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools

• Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
• Ability to navigate construction project sites and hold a valid driver’s license
• Experience with engineering workshops and on-site surveys
• Familiarity with sales training and mentoring of sales teams
• Capacity to travel internationally as needed
