Workforce Benefits Sales Consultant - Broker Distribution; Cincinnati​/Dayton

• Base salary up to $75,000

• Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives
• Meet annual sales goals established by the Regional Vice President of Broker Distribution
• Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to educate the broker community
• Build and strengthen relationships with brokers to drive sales and enhance brand presence
• Conduct a designated number of broker meetings weekly and manage a pipeline of RFPs

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
• College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions
• High degree of integrity and a transparent approach to decision-making
• Self‑reflective and committed to continuous improvement in performance

• Strong performance orientation and results‑driven mindset
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex business and financial issues
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders
