Position: Workforce Benefits Sales Consultant - Broker Distribution (Cincinnati/Dayton)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives
  • Meet annual sales goals established by the Regional Vice President of Broker Distribution
  • Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to educate the broker community
  • Build and strengthen relationships with brokers to drive sales and enhance brand presence
  • Conduct a designated number of broker meetings weekly and manage a pipeline of RFPs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
  • College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions
  • High degree of integrity and a transparent approach to decision-making
  • Self‑reflective and committed to continuous improvement in performance
