Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
• Benefits Offered:
  Comprehensive benefits package
• 401(k): 3% employer contribution

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients by managing and servicing commercial lines accounts
• Handle marketing renewals and quoting new/renewal business
• Work with AMS
  360 software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and company goals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely responses to inquiries
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management
• Property and Casualty (P&C) licensure required
• Experience with construction accounts is preferred
• Proficiency in AMS
  360 software is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be located within an hour of Emmitsburg or Frederick for remote work eligibility
