Position DescriptionWe are seeking a high‑energy, results‑driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience selling industrial services such as Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC/R, and Machine Shop & Fabrication solutions. You will inherit active and dormant accounts while aggressively developing new business opportunities across NJ and PA. This is an outside sales role with flexibility to work from a home office for phone‑based prospecting, combined with regular client visits and weekly meetings at our Trenton office.

- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and industrial sectors.
- Expand sales within existing accounts through consultative selling and relationship management.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM (Hub Spot).
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent field experience in industrial services.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC/R, and fabrication services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Hub Spot CRM, Doc Link software, and Docu Sign.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
Approximately 75% travel within NJ and PA using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile). Weekly in‑office meetings in Trenton, NJ.
