Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home insurance

• Manage an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role
• Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment while working independently and as part of a team

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections
• Strong ability to maintain focus in a distraction‑free environment
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

• Inbound sales experience is a plus
• Sales experience specifically in the insurance industry is highly preferred
