Remote booking Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for both experienced and inexperienced Coordinators to work remotely. If you are a self-starter, have a strong passion for helping people, and can provide exceptional customer service and sales, we want to talk to you!

• Coordinate bookings with multiple vendors worldwide to create customized packages for clients.
• Set your own hours as a booking coordinator.
• Receive professional development training and support to help you succeed.

• General knowledge of the destinations you would like to specialize in.
• Ambitious.
• Highly motivated and dedicated to investing time and effort.
• Comfortable working online.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Open to traveling without your family for on-site training opportunities.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

• IATA cards for qualifying agents.
• Coverage under our E&O insurance policy.
• Lead Generator through Travel Leaders Network.
• Zoom training to further your skills.

• FAM (familiarization) trips with agency opportunities with specific suppliers.
