• Achieve sales goals for the CADDY Commercial Electrical (CCI) and Gardner Bender business in designated states
• Lead sales agents and set strategic goals for territory management
• Build and maintain relationships with key end-user customers and distributor partners
• Provide product expertise and coordinate training for key contractors
• Use Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and provide competitive feedback

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred in outside sales
• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales and/or territory management experience in the commercial electrical space
  
  Ability to travel 50-60% within the sales region and maintain a current and valid driver's license
• Experience working directly with end-user customers on projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on collaboration

• Experience leading direct reports and/or sales agents/manufacturing sales partners
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, preferably
• Technical sales experience with a focus on value-based selling
• Ability to navigate construction projects effectively
