Position: Sales Closer Casting Director Growth Strategist For TV Network (100k-250k+)

We are actively seeking former Founders, Executives and Senior Sales Professionals who get business and can speak peer‑to‑peer with small to medium‑sized business owners looking to scale. Join us on an ambitious adventure where you’ll help entrepreneurs and visionaries take the ultimate step in TV marketing. You are enthusiastic about connecting with people and excited by the potential to earn $100k – $250k OTE.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (Day‑to‑Day)
  • Consultative Selling:
    Conduct 15 calls per day with prospective applicants (30‑minute scheduled consultations) presenting the unique value of our TV marketing.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Track leads daily, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all compliance and admin tasks are completed.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:
    Represent the brand with enthusiasm as the face of our services to business owners.

    Experience:

    Proven experience in business development, media advertising consulting or a background as a Founder / Executive.
  • Business Acumen:
    The ability to hold strategic conversations with small to medium‑sized business owners looking to scale.
  • Discipline and Compliance:
    Ability to handle high call volume, follow established protocols for admin / reporting and willingness to record all calls for transparency.
  • Remote Professionalism: A calm professional demeanor with top‑tier communication skills.
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
  • Commission‑Only Structure:
    Earn 10% on all closed sales (Packages range from $10k to $200k).
  • OTE:
    Projected $100k to $250k per year depending on volume and skill.
  • High‑Value Leads:
    Work with pre‑screened warm prospects every day.
  • Remote Flexibility:
    Fully remote position with comprehensive training and support from our Head of Sales.
