Job Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, you will serve as a key member of the Thomson Power Systems commercial team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll drive the go‑to‑market sales strategy and develop our channel partnerships within the Infrastructure vertical across the United States. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a dynamic sales team in a rapidly growing organization.

Thomson Power Systems (TPS), a company under Regal Rexnord Corporation, has been at the forefront of crafting electrical solutions for the Power Management industry for over half a century.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently develop and grow the Infrastructure vertical across the United States.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go‑to‑market plan with support from the commercial leadership team.
  • Benefit from our streamlined operational structure that allows you to focus 100% on customer engagement and sales activities, supported by dedicated estimating, project management, and service execution teams.
  • Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors.
  • Establish Thomson Power Systems’ brand presence in the Infrastructure vertical.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding the direct customer base.
  • Exemplify Regal Rexnord’s values and conduct business in accordance with the company’s vision, mission, initiatives, and policies.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years of successful outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Power Management industry/Infrastructure vertical.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Demonstrated ability to be hands‑on, resourceful, and results‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Reputation among peers as ambitious, energetic, self‑sufficient, and highly motivated.
  • Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills.
  • Customer‑focused approach with a commitment to ensuring customer success.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build value‑based relationships at all levels within customer organizations and Regal Rexnord.
Compensation Package
  • Target Salary Range: $100k – $140k per year.
  • Target Bonus: 30%.
  • Car Allowance.
  • Unlimited Commission.
  • Salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States.
