This is a fully remote, relationship-based sales position with an industry-leading commission structure. We provide qualified warm leads — no cold calling or door knocking. You’ll meet with families virtually, understand their needs, and help them protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do
  • Contact warm leads to schedule virtual or phone appointments

  • Work with 10–15 families per week (full-time)
  • Learn and use mortgage protection and retirement solutions
  • Grow into leadership by mentoring and developing new agents
Compensation & Growth
  • Commission-based role (average $500–$700 per family)
  • Bonuses and performance incentives
  • First-year income typically $70,000–$125,000+
  • Leadership income potential $150,000–$300,000+
  • Residual and passive income opportunities
  • Ongoing training and one‑on‑one mentorship
