What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of low-billing accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end quoting process for new and existing accounts
  • Perform regular check-ins with managed accounts to maintain consistent engagement
  • Assist in the seamless transition of approved quotes into formal sales orders
  • Provide quality support to all stages of the sales cycle to accelerate sales results
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience working as part of a technology sales team
  • Knowledge of managed services, including Connectivity, SD-WAN, Security, and SASE
  • Previous experience working in a remote home environment within a complex team
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently as an effective customer-facing member of the sales team

  • Familiarity with industry trends, directions, and major issues in telecommunications
  • Strong presentation techniques and aptitude
  • Knowledge of negotiation concepts and techniques
  • Experience with data entry and reporting in internal systems
  • Understanding of customer interactions and creating value for clients
