- Meet weekly performance indicators, including demos booked and deals closed, to exceed sales quotas
- 1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and consultative selling techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and quick turnarounds
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing the sales pipeline and closing deals
- Experience with consultative selling techniques and building authentic relationships with clients
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management tools
- A positive, can‑do attitude that contributes to team dynamics and client engagement
