Los Angeles office: 21250 Hawthorne Blvd., Suite 160-H, Torrance, CA 90503. Hybrid work from home environment after a 90‑day in‑office introduction.

• Servicing a Commercial P&C Renewal book of business for existing clients.
• Creating marketing submissions, proposals, binders, and certificates of insurance using EPIC and INDIO.
• Answering policy questions, updating account changes, assisting with premium collections, fielding phone calls, and more.

We are looking for a full‑time highly motivated self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Candidates must have at least 3‑5 years’ of commercial insurance account manager experience and a strong organizational skill set. Some college‑level coursework in business or math is preferred.

This position requires candidates to have an active CA Property & Casualty license.

The base compensation range is $73,000 - $83,000 per year. Our incentive structure allows the team to earn a base salary and bonus potential. Avalon sets our team’s goals to align their efforts with corporate goals.
